Hired by Avis Budget Group in Bracknell on a short term, fixed contract to recruit internally for the business across EMEA. I was mainly focussing on hires within the head office in Bracknell and our French office in Paris. Within this role I successfully hired a number of senior staff, saving the business money.

My main duties include

• Responsible for identifying, engaging with and closing senior hires throughout EMEA.
• Building immediate rapport with senior stakeholders across EMEA.
• Meeting with senior stakeholders face to face to identify and qualify exact recruitment needs.
