Kinetic.
Reporting to an Account Director on Kinetic's Zone team, I plan and deliver localised, targeted OOH advertising campaigns for Iceland foods as well as for array of other Kinetic clients on an ad-hoc basis. After 10 months, I became the main contact for Iceland's 'Store Support' plans, which includes the promotion of their renovated Iceland Stores as well as any newly opened Iceland or Food Warehouse stores, with the objective of increasing awareness and driving footfall. Other responsibilities include the following:
- Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, including clients to better anticipate their needs, and Media Owners to facilitate better cooperation and negotiation where necessary
- Providing strategic advice to clients, informed by an advanced understanding of Kinetic's resources and capabilities
- Attending regular status meetings with clients as well as with the wider team at Kinetic, discussing any issues (actual or potential), and presenting any opportunities or new developments. As many clients are represented by all comms agencies, demonstrating the relevance and effectiveness of OOH in relation to other channels is of the utmost importance.
- Integrating mobile into OOH campaigns wherever possible to improve campaign effectiveness and measurability
- Anticipating and solving any account problems whilst maintaining transparent communication of client and vendor issues with the management team
- Co-ordinating with other colleagues to ensure all accounts are being adequately supported and providing ad-hoc assistance where necessary.
- Ensuring growth for clients as well as for Kinetic, its partners and its SBUs.
- Identifying opportunities across clients' markets that align with the offerings of a partner, SBU or Media Owner to provide clients with an integrated response to brief wherever possible.
- Systems testing as part of a select group of "Super Users" to ensure that newly developed planning tools are in line with the needs of the wider company, and to provide colleagues with training and assistance.

Through Tate, I was employed as an administrator on the Rider Supply Team at Deliveroo. Using an array of specialised programmes and online applications in concert, the Rider Supply Team was tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Contacting applicants via OnboardIQ and New Voice Media, troubleshooting any potential issues and prompting them to take action when necessary
- Scheduling trials and "onboarding sessions"
- Contacting Deliveroo trainers and applicants to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Rejecting and removing unsuitable applicants from the onboarding pipeline via OnboardIQ
- Reviewing the status of applicants' background checks on Onfido and taking the appropriate action
- Liaising with internal stakeholders via Slack to resolve problems
- Tallying total number of applicants onboarded on Google Sheets
- Communicating with team members to ensure that the workload was evenly distributed
Heavy emphasis was placed on making outbound calls to applicants and trainers to ensure the 'Rider Supply Pipeline' ran smoothly. The work was incentivised with bonuses paid after 150 calls; I regularly made over 200 calls per day.

- Become fully acquainted with the venue, the client, and the other staff members with whom I would be working in a short amount of time prior to the shift
- Quickly memorise concessions prices if bar work were involved
- Follow instructions given by the clients and the allocated team leaders
- Alternate between delegating responsibilities to other team members and assisting team members unable to fulfil their responsibilities in order to properly reach the team's objective.
