Senior Programme Manager
Dauntless.
In my most recent role I spent a short time with this small but rapidly growing digital agency to provide maternity cover for four days a
week, leading the PM team and overseeing all projects.
In addition, working with the leadership team I managed the planning, client
requirements, and UX stage of their biggest project to date, helping our client to steer a huge business transformation project which would bring much of their day to day customer transactions online. Following this role, I stepped away from career to give attention to family priorities and explore a new creative venture allowing more flexibility and work-life balance.

Senior Digital Project Manager
The&Partnership for Toyota & Lexus UK.
Based on-site at Toyota's UK HQ, I was responsible for the planning, resourcing, and production of all digital elements of Toyota and Lexus's UK communication, marketing, and advertising initiatives - including product launch campaigns, quarterly tactical activities, sponsorships (e.g. Olympics and Paralympics) and partnerships. As part of an integrated full-service creative and media team of circa 30 based within the client's own marketing department, I worked hand in hand with the client team and managed multiple delivery teams (a small team on-site and two London based production hubs). I led the planning and delivery of UK based creative campaigns digitally, and local deployment of global and European campaigns.
During my time with Toyota I introduced smarter working approaches for the local teams, increasing productivity and team satisfaction. I also created structure, tracking and visibility of all workstreams across the media, creative and client teams for the first time, by consolidating all concurrent strands of activity into one tool and devising a manageable solution to plan track and forecast against this for both the team and the client.

Programme Manager
SPIKA.
Past: Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager
SPIKA is a technology agency focussing on consumer engagement solutions. In my role at SPIKA I was responsible for the success and profitability of all delivery project workstreams while also being very hands-on as a Programme Manager and client lead for our key clients.
I started in this role to take ownership of the global Disney Movie Rewards programme of work which now has over 14m members within the United States alone. SPIKA build and maintain the platform for this global CRM loyalty scheme and so my remit covered
roadmap planning and delivery of new feature development work, support of the existing software, and consultancy to assist our
clients in realising their business objectives.
In my time with SPIKA the scope of business with this client grew hugely, as did my responsibilities which encompassed all delivery
projects company-wide including SPIKA's proprietary consumer engagement platform. This was a hugely diverse role which spanned the minutiae of tech, design and UX details at the project level, right up to supporting the Directors with overall business strategy.
This was also a very technically involved role, I worked closely with the design and technical leads and development teams both within SPIKA and our clients, and also the many third parties we work with. I am frequently the main project driver and communication
hub for all programme partners. This role requires an in-depth understanding of our product solutions and our clients' businesses,
marketing strategies, and internal systems, ensuring that we work in partnership with them and they trust us to represent them in all
forums.
Recent project examples:
- Bacardi-Martini Group Global Consumer Engagement Platform: Set up, roll out and integration of SPIKA's proprietary
consumer engagement platform to power new standardised and centralised brand portfolio and campaign digital activity and consumer data management globally. Established a new service model offering within SPIKA for this account.
- Disney Movies Anywhere: Complex and high pressure project involving both Disney and Apple in the US to launch an
industry changing platform allowing users to watch their purchased Disney movies on any device.
I worked part time in this role so that I could be more involved in the care of my children while they are still young. I took maternity
leave from this role from May 2014-Sept 2015.

Project Director
Boolabus & Betgenius.
In this role I partnered with a former colleague, previously Managing Director at Endemol Games, who had just set up on his own. I
joined him part time for 3 days per week to build the business and deliver best of breed front end live sports betting products within the gaming industry.
As part of the work during my initial term here we delivered ground breaking video streaming integration for Sportingbet's live betting
console and defined the product solution for Betfred's first interactive live betting experience. After a maternity break I then returned to further develop the Boolabus product suite and help shape and drive the business objectives. During this time the company was
acquired by Betgenius. I had a key role integrating our businesses and planning a business strategy and product roadmap to align with plans to rapidly scale the business.
This role was also hugely varied and spanned almost all areas of business from strategic decisions at the highest level and dealing with major operational challenges, right down to handling live support and detailed design and technical issues at an individual project
level.

Interactive Services Manager
Central Office of Information.
I provided programme and project management as well as strategic consultancy services as part of COI's Interactive Services team.
The role involved working closely with central government teams to determine the appropriate strategy and solution for their business
objectives, writing Request for Proposals to fit, and managing the procurement process to select the most suitable delivery agency
from COI's roster of suppliers. Once a supplier was engaged I managed the project on behalf of the client stakeholders to ensure the best quality and value delivery was achieved while also maintaining a care of duty to the supplier. After 14 months I left to work more
closely with delivery teams once again; however I agreed to rejoin for a fixed term at 2 days per week while also working 3 days p/wk
at Boolabus. This role was very diverse, among other projects I was responsible for:
- Ministry of Defence, British Army- management of the content strategy, IA, design, CMS definition and site evaluation
stages plus assistance with the business change for a rebuild of the British Army corporate website site which also unified
circa 30,000 pages of content from 100 disparate divisional websites. http://www.army.mod.uk/
- Dept. of Health, Tobacco Control - management of the broad programme of Smokefree interactive communications
projects covering digital strategic consulting, supplier procurement, website and extranet delivery and evaluation, online
display and search advertising, online media partnerships and interactive TV campaigns. Close collaboration was required with COI's offline departments. I also hired two more managers to work with me on the account as the account grew under my
lead. http://smokefree.nhs.uk/
- Dept. for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs - maintenance of a website for the Defra sponsored Climate Challenge
programme for young people. After a year I then worked with Defra to integrate this site within Directgov's environment and greener living section as part of the transformational government website rationalisation programme.
- The Home Office, Security Industry Authority - strategic consultancy, procurement management and delivery
management of a project to review and evaluate the existing website and determine a new strategy and content structure for a
complete rebuild. http://www.sia.homeoffice.gov.uk
