Assisting the Receptionist: Answering the phone; responding to emails; dealing with the post (inwards/outwards); dealing with stationery and Sainsbury’s online orders; various ad hoc tasks.
Office Tasks: I assisted with Young Minds restructure by completing several projects including a registering of all technology for security purposes; researching new online e-learning courses and creating a spread sheet for the office stationery ordering checklist. I created information packs on behalf of Human Resources in order to facilitate the shortlisting for job interviews; started to create a map for the shared drive (computer) on excel (left before this could be finished).
Finance Tasks: Recording the donations to the charity (cash and cheques) - detailing who, why, how much, and the numbers on the cheques (inputting data on excel), then delivering to the bank; chased invoices for training courses and other services provided by the charity; assisted with reconciling the weekly credit card transactions.
