In the position I have just left At Derby Hospital was a short Contract, where I have changed the Distribution of food to wards, and a Stock Control System, where they could account for all Stock Transferred from ISS to the NHS. I completed my Level 3 Health and Food Hygiene while at the Hospital. I also implemented a weekly training schedule to check the jobs were being correctly done and checked, as well as a new cleaning schedule to improve the Supervisors Checks. Retail was changed to a Food Service Red tractor, to conform with the NHS, procedures, and increased Hospitality from getting more Charity's to use the Hospitals Areas.
My Responsibilities are to Manage Two Ward Managers to look after 150 Staff and 7 Supervisor to Three Meals per day on 51 wards within the Hospital, I am also looking after Retail, Hospitality and a Coffee Shop, of which I look after another 18 staff.
