• Managed the HR integration across EMEA after Conversant was acquired by Alliance Data/Epsilon in 2014 for $2.3 billion.
• Partnered with different business units in the organisation through rapid organic growth, expansion into new countries, acquisitions, divestures, economic slowdown and restructuring.
• Designed and executed the HR strategy and communicated the vision with the company CEO to gain buy-in. Included articulating the company values, and running the business in line with these; from recruitment and employee development through to appraisals.
• TUPE and voluntary/compulsory redundancies for acquisitions and sale of businesses in tight time frames with no employee appeals/tribunals.
• Opened offices in Spain, Ireland, Hong Kong and South Africa. Managed the transitions of team functions between countries.
• Designed, launched and managed the ValueClick Academy, a training program to develop people and help deliver succession planning in the business. 6 months after the Academy program 100% of the delegates had been promoted.
• Centralised EMEA's payroll function to reduce duplication and save money, freeing up 3 working days per month for the EMEA HR team.
