I'm offering
I get my energy from working with and supporting others. You’ll find that I’m someone you can trust and be open with, without fear of judgement. I will always encourage you to think positively and explore creative solutions to the challenges you’re working through.
I am both a fully CIPD-qualified HR specialist and a qualified and experienced Executive Coach. Throughout my 20-year career in human resources, I have gained a broad and deep level of experience and expertise across the full spectrum of both strategic and operational HR. This includes, but isn’t limited, to:
• HR strategy development and delivery;
• recruitment;
• talent and succession planning;
• employee engagement;
• culture development;
• performance management;
• capability and conduct challenges and challenging conversations;
• change management;
• facilitation.
I’ve been lucky enough to have gained my experience across a really diverse range of sectors, including sport, consultancy, environmental landscape planning and design, media, higher education, government and housing.
As a consultant, I take time to fully understand the challenges of every business and individual I work with. I’m pragmatic, I keep things simple and I love helping businesses solve people puzzles. I always align my support to the bigger picture, ensuring short and long-term goals are met, positive and sustainable work cultures are built and people can thrive and achieve.
My empathy, curiosity and humour have enabled me to create and sustain strong partnerships and make a real difference to every organisation I work with. I’m also honest, credible, decisive and I can have really tough conversations.
I also know my stuff. I won’t bore you with it (unless you want me to), but I find organisational psychology, HR best practice and employment law fascinating. I keep myself up to date, which means you can trust that any advice and guidance I give you is accurate.
I always work with integrity and above all, heart.
