I have been lucky enough to spend the past few years working

advocate for the eco-conscious way of living. In 2017 I co-founded
a luxury retreat company called MVMT Retreats. MVMT Retreats
combines my love of travel, yoga and extreme sports to bring clients
to the places I know and love so they can experience them too. Yoga
has had a huge impact on my life, from the people I have met, to the
focus I have developed from a consistent practice and I bring skills
learned through yoga into my creative and business management
work.

As Head of Design I was responsible internally for developing the company branding and ensuring its consistent use across all channels. In addition to this I designed and built the company website and helped to streamline internal processes through the implementation of project management and customer relationship management tools. I managed the new business database and assisted in client acquisition pitches.
Client facing responsibilities included managing and often creating design output for Crazy George's clients, and managing a team of designers to ensure timely delivery. Most notably this involved conceptualisation and production of a Global advertising campaign that included six unique creatives, distributed worldwide to 29 countries.

I was involved in the development of an initial launch strategy and ongoing marketing strategy for user and retailer acquisition.
