Co-Founder & President
City Pro Bono Society.
Established a volunteering society which was aptly named, The Pro Bono Society (Latin for Public Benefit). As the president, my tasks were varied but mainly consisted of:
- Conducting research and creating a programme of events that were engaging and of value to our customers.
- Developed and carried out marketing campaigns which saw a 628% increase in members during the first two weeks of our second year. I leave having created the largest ever society at City University, within just 18 months.
- Pitched to several stakeholders, tailoring the pitch to meet their own KPI's, leading to a second-year budget of £26,000, up from £4000 year one.
- Organised a collaborative event with three other London universities, selling out tickets and providing our members with the opportunity to network with recruiters from three international law firms.

job
Clinic Manager
Barking & Dagenham College Legal Advice Clinic.
Recruited to develop the college's legal advisory service, which was in its infancy. Within the first six months I overhauled the clinic's policies to foster a more efficient method of communication with our clients leading to a national award.
- I personally developed a cloud-based CRM platform connecting customers to an online booking facility, reducing appointment waiting times by up to 14 days.
- Ensured the daily operation of the clinic service, supervising volunteers, prioritising and assigning cases.
- Refined the CRM platform to become a case management system, capable of standalone running the clinic, developing and delivering a training programme to support volunteers in grasping the use of the new software.
- The digitisation of the clinic created raw data which helped streamline bottlenecks, such as a new automatic document production and an automatic sending service.
- After just 11 months, the clinic won the coveted national Association of Colleges, Beacon Award.

Various Roles
London Underground Limited.
As a school leaver, I joined London Underground on their advanced apprenticeship programme, one of 23 successful applicants out of over one thousand. The competitive programme offered me the opportunity, over two years, to train and qualify in some of London Underground's most prestigious roles, which I spent the preceding 5 years performing.
- Qualified as an assessor and conducted workplace assessments and performance reviews, ensuring the ongoing competency of our workforce.
- Developed and delivered a bespoke training programme for 80 new staff on the Victoria Line, utilising my unique hybrid of experience in Signals and Train Operations.
- As a supervisor I worked delicately to ensure staff were rostered in a way which provided work / life balance, whilst achieving the group's KPIs in both attendance and deployment.
- During my time as a controller, I utilised my skill in lateral thinking to always ensure the service was run to capacity, especially during times of disruption. Organised emergency responders and liaising with external organisation on collaborative action, whilst remaining conscious of their safety at all times.
