After taking a career break due to lengthy family commitments, I am now returning to full time employment. With over 10 years experience in estate and letting agency, I am returning to the workforce in a consulting role, working independent of any employer or corporate structure. ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Hit the ground running with Pearson Ferrier as a senior sales negotiator/ Senior Valuer & through early excellent results, creating volume instructions (76% conversion rate) within a 24 hour turnaround period, many with upfront fees (5 per week on average), negotiating & selling property & further consistent hard work was quickly promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. Since starting with the company in August 2014 the monthly pipeline has trebled & after implementing customer service monitoring we have also noted a marked increase in customer satisfaction levels too.
• Valuing a range of properties, Conversion rate 76%. Conducting comparable research prior to valuation.
• Up Front Fees provide the branch with instant cash flow, sold as a listing fee with a smaller percentage on completion. Sold a variety of pricing packages.
• Creating high quality property particulars and other marketing media, producing high quality photographs with professional camera equipment, creating appealing factually correct descriptive write ups, including floor plans using Metropix, EPC graphs and video tours where appropriate
• Represent the vendors in all negotiations to achieve the optimum price for their property, negotiating intellectually with all parties including liaising with agents involved in the chain if a stalemate is reached
• Delegating and conducting monthly vendor contact calls to ensure happy clients, conducting introductory & monthly calls, providing monthly reports to show the affectivity of the marketing & advising where appropriate on necessary amendments
