Highly involved in deal origination-acquisition of development projects and conducting investment
appraisals to determine their market and financial viability. I determine optimal project finance capital
structures for both debt and equity and guide in the raising of the required capital from respective equity and debt capital markets for implementation. In addition, my role involves the preparation of required
internal and external reports to all stakeholders including the board of directors, investment pitches for
