I'm a full-service UX Consultant interested in experience design opportunities for complex domains such as risk and financial services, preferably in the B2B space. I have worked with large multinationals including Accenture, Thomson Reuters and EY on various product design projects.
My approach is holistic, starting with identifying user needs through user research and facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand the business needs and context.
I utilise design methods such as user journeys, service blueprints and personas for ideation and design. I prototype experiences in tools such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe Illustrator and also create interactive prototypes using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and React. I cover all aspects of design, including interaction design, creating the user flows/journeys and applying visual design for both mobile and desktop.
I've also done UX copywriting for some of my projects and would be happy to provide this service.
I'm able to work remotely or within the Greater London area.
