• Created a lean team of consultants and internal SMEs to established OpenText (cloud solution) as the new group Digital
Asset Management (DAM) solution; a single repository of all Kingfisher product, brand and inspiration assets. On-
boarding and utilising a global network of 'DAM Leads' was key to landing the change in multiple markets
simultaneously. The DAM is today used by 4,00 users and is home to millions of assets, significantly improving
Kingfishers' ability to re-use rich media, feeding consumer channels via API and automated workflow.
• Co-lead of group operating model programme tasked with designing and implementing a new 'Content Operations
Model'. The design architects a roadmap which will transform the group's ability to consistently acquire and distribute
high quality data & content on-time, in-full and to-specification. Worked with Exec. Board and cross-functional 'Design
Working Group' on detailed design, BAU trial and incremental transition. The content operations model has proved it
can improve performance by 200% and reduce the 'cost to serve' by 40%.
• Pioneered 'lightweight yet robust' approach for change and engagement for the group Data and Content Program (DCP),
which is now the benchmark for change and engagement across Kingfisher.
