• Ensure candidates are fully compliant by requesting full documentation including, passport/Visa, proof of NI, proof of address and DBS's and cross-checking to ensure passport/visa is official and current
• Reference checks for all candidates via phone and E-mail
• Creation of adverts and posting them to relevant job boards
• Shortlisting of candidates
• Presenting shortlist to Senior Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager
• CV formatting and proofreading before they are sent to the client
• Candidate Pipelining; CV searching across Linked in and various, pertinent job boards using Boolean search criteria
• Upload and register new candidates to internal database
• Arrange candidate interviews and follow up with confirmation to confirm full details of interview.
• Provide vendor managed service clients with compliant new starter documents
• Regularly communicate with VMS' to confirm temp rates and AWR rate changes
