QuestOD is a free video on demand service that allows users to watch live and VOD content from 4 channels: Quest, Quest Red, DMAX and Food Network.
Main responsibilities included:
• Released regularly using Scrum methodology to roll out new features and improvements.
• Managed a remote Scrum team of 3 web developers and 2 QA's
• Improved the product based on usability and best practise UX guidelines from a starting point of 60% to over 80%
• Launched 2 new channels onto the service: DMAX and Food Network with linear, catch up and box set content (the service previously had catch up content only) and prepared for the launch of a further 2 channels: Home & Really
• Rolled out a new UX and design across the site
• The website was a white label site and the same code base and template was used for 3 other German websites (for TLC, DMAX and the HGTV channel sites). All changes made to the QuestOD website in the UK were replicated onto these 3 German websites.

Defined the strategy and product requirements for the launch of brand-new apps, managed the apps and websites in life and retired and migrated customers from old to new services.
