I'm offering
I am IT Professional, Engineer, and MBA with around 10 years experience in the sector. I worked 6
years as a full stack developer, in several languages.
In the managerial side, I have been leading/managing developers for the last three years, always
following Agile methodologies, Scrum and Kanban. As Scrum Master and Prince 2 Certified, I can
help companies to deliver their products, in line with client's expectations, and get out the maximum of
the team's capacity. I will drive Agile ceremonies like stands up, retrospective, sprint planning,
backlog refinement, etc. I like to follow good practices, starting with strong user stories (bdd, tdd ),
tracking the velocity of the team to improve the performance, and give accurate estimations,
unblocking issues, etc.
As line manager I have grown the team with new engineers, looking for the right role that the
company needs, in terms of technologies, experience, budget etc. I like to encourage the team, by
letting them make decisions, so like that, they feel part of the company and become more efficient and
participative. Continuous improvement is key for the future of the company, but also of the
developers, so I include time in Sprints to improve and learn technologies, as an investment in their
career, having a very positive effect on the quality of the final product.
In order of tools, I mainly have experience with Jira, in order to control and track the work, backlog,
and Sprints planning.
I enjoy working with different stakeholders, becoming one more team member. After working in
software companies for years, I am a big fan of short releases, but as many as possible. I believe that
the software life cycle must be short and simple, so like that client can have the latest versions asap
on their side. That minimizes the risk when misunderstanding the client's needs, and helps to react
quickly to changes.
Skills:
● Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kamban)
● Digital Retail Banking/Finance
● Full lifecycle development
● Digital Payments, Debit Recovery
● Achieve Sprint Goals
● Cross functional teams Management
● Continuous Delivery,CI, TDD, BDD
● Interpersonal skills
● Address Team Needs Efficiently and Effectively
● Iterative development
● Facilitate Agile Ceremonies
● Technical Background, Devops
● Project Supervision
● Hiring, training and supervision

BI Scrum Master
Maersk Line.
As a Scrum Master, I was part of a BI digital transformation program, bringing big data from legacy
systems to Data warehouse and BI Reporting.
I was in charge of two Scrum Teams, located in four different countries, Denmark, England, India, and
USA. Found that the weakness of the team was that all of the team members were very specialized in
one Skillset, while it would be correct for Kanban, for scrum is very inefficient. I initiated a series of cross-functionality sessions, where engineers were encouraged to share knowledge and improve their
skills. With the time, I helped the team to stabilized the Velocity, and not overcommitted when
planning sprints, so the deliveries are reachable, and the team could complete what was planned.
My main duties were:
● To make sure the teams had daily stand up.
● To encourage the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog and ready for grooming.
● To help the team to reach the sprint goals.
2
● To unblock any issue which can put on risk the delivery of any story in the current sprint.
● To facilitate meetings for the scrum teams when they require third party engagement.
● To protect the team from overcommitted sprint, so they can work in better condition for a
longer period, and delivering quality code.
● To work with the other Scrum Masters to share and improve agile practices alongside the organization.
