I'm offering
I have been supporting businesses during periods of growth for the last few years and I am currently in the position to expand my services to a wider section and region. My recent experience has been within the catering equipment industry, primarily repairs within gas, electric and refrigeration services.
I have developed a range of fantastic relationships and contacts not just within the catering sector but the hospitality sector as a whole. As well as supporting growing companies with a range of skills including, administration, bookkeeping, logistics, team management and many more, I have found that procurement has also taken me in a direction where I can financially assist in the reduction of expenses and outgoings.
As I continue to develop my opportunities to help businesses run more profitably and streamlined, I ask you to consider my company for support.

job
Office Manager
Smart Catering Repairs Ltd.
I took this position initially providing a range of support to the two directors who were both field engineers. The position and work evolved and expanded alongside the company at by which point I was managing a team of 6 engineers, including the two directors and an administrative assistant Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00. My role was heavily customer focused throughout my time at Smart Catering, whilst initially focused on logging calls, keeping accounts, quoting, working logistics and generally running the company with the assistance of the director's day to day, as the business grew my role and responsibilities also did. I took on HR, H&S, continued account management growth, expenses, site visits, customer relations, procurement, outsourcing of work, staff management, problem/complaint solving and anything else that was required to keep operations running as smoothly as possible. Microsoft programs were a staple of my day to day work alongside service management software Joblogic.

Support Worker (Agency)
Safehands Recruitment.
I took this position knowing it would only be short term while I was looking for my next challenge. I worked as often as I could transferring all of my previous skills in care to a slightly different role working alongside adults with a range of different needs and abilities. I approached this role with the same integrity as all my similar roles and I was always there to support both the individual in care and staff when needed. I enjoyed the diversity of this role and it opened up my experiences within this sector.

Team Leader
unknown.
As a team leader I was brought in to assist a 21-year-old man with autism on a 2:1 basis and to support and develop the current team around him, through ongoing training, good practice and personal development. He required support on most day to day tasks and his anxieties needed to be managed closely, his verbal communication was minimal, and he would show challenging behavior. My duties while here were; to take a lead on shift and learn the best approach to support the young man, support in activities in the community, maintain records, mentor and motivate staff, follow and adapt changes in medication, promote a safe working environment, be a point of contact for PA's and manager, housekeeping duties.
I had serious safeguarding concerns over the young mans welfare, the working environment was poor and the manager/mother would not give me the opportunity to turn the service around, a culture of negativity and lack of support and trust made me reconsider my value to this service, sadly leading to me leaving.
