• Ensured all HR processes are externally and internally GDPR compliant.
• Successfully developed and implemented the UK's onboarding and offboarding process.
• Effectively introduced a new end-to-end freelancer engagement process.
Role:
• A trusted point of contact in advising all UK employees seeking advice on queries usually related to policies, procedures, benefits and payroll.
• Provide support to the HR Manager in resolving employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Manage the employee life cycle from start to finish, including new joiner and leaver administration and exit interviews.
• Maintaining accurate HR records in all HR Systems. This includes the maintenance of all compensation data in various formats.
• Produce management information reports from HR, including monthly headcount reporting and quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders on key projects. e.g. grading, salary review, intranet rebranding.
• Lead the recruitment lifecycle for junior campaigns.
• Work with the Payroll Manager in ensuring all monthly changes are implemented into payroll seamlessly on time.
