I am a training manager with extensive experience and expertise in the development and delivery of training programmes including apprenticeship (standards and frameworks) and bespoke training. My particular skills lie in the effective and vigorous use of management information and progress-tracking to ensure the quality and timely delivery required by the employer.
Over the last two years I have worked on the development of Trailblazer Apprenticeship standards and assessment plans, ensuring these match and reflect the National Occupational Standards in their respective professional areas. This has included following and upholding standards expected by OFSTED, the Institute for Apprenticeships and a variety of government and awarding bodies. In doing so I have promoted these standards to individual employers and other commercial bodies.
