Working as the most senior creative as an in-house Senior Graphic Designer, managing a small graphics team, ensuring that the brand guidelines are adhered to with the confidence to know when rules can be broken. Creating; Exhibition Graphics, Website Design (not coding), Photography, Image Manipulation, Illustration, Info graphics, Brochure Design, Logo Creation, Branding, Presentations, Animation, Video Production and Direction. Liaising with local and national suppliers.
I worked within the Marketing Department, working very closely with the Business Development team, Senior Management and Directors. When working on larger events I would also work with the sister companies within the Cohort Group where I have been responsible for creative concepts representing the group as a whole.
This varied role involved responsibility for the creative output within the company both externally and internally and mentoring junior members of the team. Due to the nature of the business, I am often asked to present very complicated concepts that can be quickly understood visually, this is especially important when working in international markets where language can be a barrier.
