Most recently i held an 8 month contract position for Pega Systems, delivering their technology solutions into companies such as SSE and the Motor Insurance Bureau. Aswell as acting as an Agile Coach for the customers teams.
I also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, which enables me to creatively find solutions, maintain great relationships with both internal teams and clients and bring a business vision to life.

During the past 8 months i have had the privilege of holding a position as Engagement Lead for Pega Sys-
tems. During this time i have successfully delivered 3 Software Projects into the Motor Insurance Bureau and SSE.
As the most senior consultant onsite, my role focussed on managing a team of 35+ people and the delivery of Pega software into the business, utilising and coaching in Agile / Scrum Methodology. I was responsible
for managing the relationship with Senior Executives and leading Steering Committees , project budget and
all aspects of delivery and test, aswell as managing the team on the ground.
I was also responsible for setting up a co-production development model, which enabled the customer to
learn agile delivery and up skill their development and test teams to ensure a successful transition when the Pega delivery team exited. All 3 projects were delivered to budget and within the contractual timescales.
In addition i am proud to have delivered the solution delivery for MIB using a brand new concept to Pega,
Design Thinking. Findings from the project were integrated at senior management level within PEGA to in-
fluence the rollout of the methodology within the company.
