I'm an avid drummer and regularly play gigs in a jazz / funk band. Having played the drums since I could hold a pair of sticks, I have a true passion for music across all genres and regularly attend live music gigs and festivals.
My competitive nature developed from my junior career as a tennis player. Having represented Scotland, toured France playing the junior circuit, captained my university Men's First team and spent months training at the IMG academy in Florida I still play as often as the weather allows.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
ELASTIC PRODUCTIONS.
As Senior Project Manager I was responsible for the end to end management of all field sales projects within the company for major clients including Diageo, Heineken, William Grant, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey and Remy Cointreau.
• Project CRM & system development and implementation to ensure accurate reporting and smooth day to day business activities, weekly client reporting of KPI's and sales volume data from group data & insights team across all projects.
• As part of the senior leadership team reporting directly into the Commercial Director, I was instrumental in developing a revised company business proposition and financial model as well as the implementation and refinement of internal systems and processes to streamline day to day activities.
• Regular analysis of large quantitative data-sets obtained from the wider group to develop strategic sales products for our clients that deliver both increased market growth and positive ROI. This included working closely with the group data & insights team.
• Management of multiple P&L's valued over £2million in 2018/2019.
• Supported all new business pitches with data analysis and strategic planning to successfully deliver £750k new business in 2019 including the retention of Diageo for a third consecutive period.
• Recruitment and management of a Project Manager as a direct report to support continued growth and increased workload.

As the Account Executive on the New Business Team working into both an Account Director and Business Director, I had exposure to a broad portfolio of clients giving me a solid foundation in the client service and creative industry whilst allowing me to develop effective prioritisation and time management skills. Clients included: Whyte & Mackay (Jura & Shackleton), ABInBev (Corona), EJ Gallo (Apothic & Dark Horse Wine), Campari (Aperol & Koko Kanu), Virgin Holidays and South African Tourism.

This culminated in an experiential VR workshop I coordinated for the global W&M sales team in Berlin and an exhibition at the W&M in Cannes at the Duty Free & Travel Retail Global Summit in Cannes.
• Worked on the campaign to deliver the global brand redesign and launch of W&M's new whisky 'Shackleton'. This included creation of the global brand strategy and positioning, development of the brand guidelines document and the final package design.
