I headed up the I&P team which became a vital resource and "change agent" for record labels and
marketing teams within Sony Music around the world. Our mission was to inspire creative and effective connections between our artists (from emerging talent to global superstars) and their
audiences. I created and rolled out a brand planning "Artist DNA" framework and consumer
segmentation across 40 markets (Marketing Week piece on this this here) fundamentally changing the way the business approached brand and campaign planning.
