Agency (LAA) to identify, prioritise and develop exemplary user-centric digital tools and services. Supported a number of product teams of varying sizes to deliver world-class
products that users prefer to use, using agile and evidence-based approach including Claim for Crown Court Defence, winner of the Going Paperless Project of the Year 2018.
Coached/mentored both the teams and LAA senior management on embracing digital and
agile methodologies), which ultimately led to a full review of the LAA processes (on and offline), conducted in a fully user-centric, agile manner.
• Head of Capability (9 months): Coached/mentored/empowered the team to improve the recruitment process in Digital & Technology (part of the operations team) and set up a
professional standards DDaT-based framework, across the directorate to build and support
skills. Established an agile, user-centred approach within the team.
