At Kamelon I started the Digital Media Department, setting up the infrastructure to start advertising on Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and LinkedIn. I devised the strategy, planned, executed, managed and reported campaigns for ACCA Global (LinkedIn) and the Nature conservancy, improving my experience in Youtube ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and media buying, as I planned, coordinated and bought ads on media titles as The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian and other 8 UK Media Titles. One of the biggest plus of this experience is that I worked as a project management strategizing, overseeing and executing a lot of different tasks, working with media to buy ads space, working with designers and copywriter to get the assets (and sharing my knowledge and documentation on how to produce assets for advertising), working with Social Media Reps, with clients, with the finance department to get the the billing / invoicing process up and running. Also, I have been working on 7-10 channels at a time, desigining the timeline and coordinating the departments, to get the project delivered, ensuring everyone had the right information with the right "language" and avoiding to share random information with departments if not relevant to them. All these actions where parts of campaigns that involved up to 20 channels and creative efforts (Kameleon is specialized in brand creation, brand positioning, communication, social media management and creative campaign creation).
I am also working on Dreams (Beds) account, managing the always on activity and the Christmas campaigns, toal spend so far is over 200,000 GBP (Awareness and Conversion).
Overall the budget so far I managed at Kameleon is over 1 million pounds.
