I am an accomplished project manager with a track record in delivering business transformation and Information Security Risk projects for a major global financial services provider.

I have led matrixed global project teams for sponsors at all levels of seniority and from various business areas including projects involving external vendors.

As part of my role as Lead Risk Specialist- Privileged Access I was tasked with delivering a revised privileged access security policy and associated security standards. To enable speedy recovery of systems and applications this project also required the design and delivery of an automated process to replace the manual approval of privileged access sessions.

PMP and other project management training have provided me with the key project management competencies such as Stakeholder management, delivering Communications Strategies, planning, and risk management. I am able to effectively manage large projects or multiple projects whilst still maintaining effective budget, resource and quality control.

My time in a business transformation team allowed me to develop my skills in understanding business processes and identifying areas for operational improvement especially where there was an opportunity for automation. These automation projects provided me with knowledge and experience of the software delivery lifecycle and the ability to assist the business stakeholders with the drafting of Business Case documentation and requirements gathering.

Secondment to global initiatives has enhanced my cultural awareness and demonstrated my ability to manage matrixed globally dispersed teams.

Operational risk management training and experience has been gained as part of a Global Information Security Risk team whilst also managing projects to deliver and implement revised security policies and the associated controls.

I have knowledge of six sigma processes and agile methodologies and am competent in the use of Clarity, Open Workbench, Quality Centre and Microsoft Project and Office tools.
