As an account manager I believe I stand out due to a passion of integrating myself into my customers business to allow a complete understanding of their requirements, long term plans and business objectives as this ensures I can design and propose the correct solution that meets their business needs. Being a technical sales person, I will qualify the requirements of a business before designing and proposing the best solution that not only resolves their IT problems but leverages the best in class enterprise solutions to resolve their business problems.
Working with multiple enterprise class vendors, I endeavour to ensure I am up to date with the latest products and training available. This also means I have a wider breadth of knowledge about all aspects of an enterprise infrastructure from WAN to end-point and software or hypervisors such as Veeam or VMWare.
With a proven sales track record, I have repeatedly overachieved on my targets and taken initiative to increase sales with both existing and new customers. My sales figures for 2017 were revenue of £320,000 with a gross margin £105,000. In 2018 my sales were a revenue of £585,000 and a gross margin of £200,00 although I only had a target of £150,000.
Furthermore, my revenue target for 2019 and on track pipeline projected works total £1,000,000.
Lastly, I have a complete understanding of the distribution channel with multiple long standing and strong relationships with companies such as 4Gon and Exertis with knowledge of frameworks such as supported or deal registration pricing.

Helping to manage a department within an audio-visual and temporary networks company expanded my skill set in wireless networks, network hardware and both windows and mac operating systems alongside various video and audio equipment. I would always prioritise efficient professional friendly customer service for high profile clients. I thrive on the feeling of success and completion at the end of the day.
