• Defined the strategic scenarios to assess the continuity of the consumer finance business (£120M in loans), determining which business units to close, transform or enhance, including assets sales, branches migration, business model transformation (brick&mortar to POS lending), rebranding and optimal organizational structure.
• Partnered with HSBC's former CEO for Latam and the client's top team on determining new sales volumes, risk aversion, expected delinquency and spreads for each business and products (personal loans and credit cards), inputs for a consolidated economic model developed for the bank's board.

• Performed a rapid assessment of the current strategy and upcoming challenges for the Exploration&Perforation division to exploit the Shale Gas reservoirs in Vaca Muerta. Defined, together with the company's top management, the strategic objectives for the "Shale Transformation".
• Redefined the new organizational structure, key stakeholders, approval chains and key processes & interfaces to ensure greater agility and cost reductions towards the shale business.
• Aligned the IT roadmap to the strategic objectives, redirecting £40M to key projects
