Preparation of Statutory accounts in the given budget, making compliance systems/process improvements. Direct reporting to client manager.
Key responsibilities
• Preparing Statutory accounts for Limited Companies, Sole trader and Partnerships and LLP's
• Completing working paper including reconciliations of Balance Sheet items and manual control accounts
• Preparing basic tax computations ( Business tax and Personal tax)
• Preparing Covering Letter for end clients.
• Working within the budgets given
• Prioritise work according to the deadlines
• Following the systems ( A4G process systems )
• Reporting Client Manager on daily basis (through skype, phone call and emails)
• Helping in change/improvements in the systems
