After 4 months, it was decided to discontinue Prime Insight and I was re-deployed to real-estate special projects, which is a sector that Macdonald and Company is more established within.
As a consequence of this experience, I was able to gain proficiency in utilizing and contributing to CRM technology. As well as, sourcing candidates and clients while working to KPI targets. I learned how to perform market research and to effectively map, I was confident enough to be present my findings to my team. Furthermore, I developed an outstanding phone manner and am at ease speaking with clients and candidates regardless of seniority.
