Grove. Planning permission has been previously obtained, but has now expired. Renewal of this application
is to include an enlarged nursery (up from 48 places to now 72)
External Critical Infrastructure B and C blocks £12,017,092
As PM and the Trust team to manage the bigger Trust project to improve the architectonic of St Helier General
Hospital.
Facade and insulation work and undertake structural repairs to B and C Blocks. These works include repairing the corroding steelwork supporting B and C blocks and making safe loose de-bonded cement render; wrapping
cracked and flaking external walls with new fully insulated panels incorporating a self-coloured render finish, eliminating the need for painting; replacing old single glazed metal windows with new uPVC double glazed units,
removing draughts while improving ventilation; and replacing existing failing roof finishes with new fully insulated
roof coverings, to make the building water-tight, warm and stop further corrosion.
