of an account by casting individuals to form appropriate client teams, from account leadership, through to the
design department, to create the best environment for brilliant work.
Business management: Working with Grey's Exec & Management & HOD to identify how to execute best in class
integrated thinking. Recruiting advocates within the business which allowed us to demonstrate the practicalities
of how to keep integration at the core. Reporting upwards to the business on financials, maintaining the P&L, and formulating client fee structures. Triaging pitch opportunities and contributing to the approach.
Partners & support network: Helping diversify our output by creating a network of tech partners to support the production process. I cultivated relationships within the Grey/WPP network to strengthen our global digital offer-
ing. I've also grown strong relationship with near-shoring partners to deliver the best possible quality work at a reasonable cost.

on internal processes, and business operations, which aided an environment that the team could easily flourish to incredible, meaningful & creative work.
Process & Delivery: My first task was to devise robust internal processes. We practiced Waterfall and Agile
methodologies and sometimes even Wagile, depending on project requirements. I was responsible for resourcing the agency, working closely with the resource manager to prioritise the week ahead, as well as forecasting longer
term. We'd identify peak times to rigorously control external spend for the freelance hire and other 3rd party
partners. I reported upwards the long term financial planning and resource forecasting.
Team & management: I structured and mentored my immediate team - Project management. They were
required to review financials and deliver project status weekly. The team managed and reviewed all projects by maintaining - SOW, briefs, project plans, risk logs & sunset reviews. I was required to either input or conduct
company meetings which created the all-important communication & feedback loop, fuelling a healthy working
