• Managed the marketing relationship and calendar for n3’s portfolio of 60+ Supplier brands by driving awareness and promoting 100+ contracts. Initiatives drove lead generation and reach based on relevance and attractiveness to the n3 Member audience, desired engagement and ROI. Aligned marketing calendars, digital strategies and outbound call campaigns for ongoing supplier acquisition and retention; launched 12 business suppliers over 3 year tenure.
• Established lead generation targets for n3 Member acquisition by analysing historical lead source and conversions and aligning the marketing strategy to include Facebook and LinkedIn paid campaigns, direct marketing, ATL advertising and trade events. • Coordinated quarterly training seminars to connect n3 employees with key supplier personnel to educate and forge direct relationships. Through survey and verbal feedback, suppliers consistently rated the events valuable, engaging and interactive.
• Managed customer experience and activation for 12,500+ business Member base by monitoring and testing marketing automation weekly and gaining customer feedback from NPS surveys. Automations managed included Member and Supplier onboarding, existing Member accounts, Employee Benefits with 200,000+ cards and Trade Card with 25,000+ cards and apps (card production and renewals, ordering and automated emails generating website visitors, new subscribers and app installations).
