Accounts Management

1. Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position by preparing and reconciliation of financial statements viz, Ledgers, P&L Account and Balance Sheet.
2. Preparing annual budgets & ensuring effective mobilization of funds for effective accomplishment of organizational goals.
3. Preparing cash/fund flow statement to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilization of available funds in line with corporate goals.
4. Preparing and finalizing accounts of the company.

Budgeting & Fund Planning/ MIS

1. Formulating budgets & determining difference between projected & actual & implement corrective actions.
2. Maintaining MIS & reports & evaluating the same for facilitating decision making process.
3. Explore the method of cost control & reduction of overheads to make the product more profitable.

Auditing/ Taxation/ Commercial Functions

1. Liaison with both statutory and internal auditor
2. Highlight the shortcomings based on audit report and implementing necessary recommendations.
3. Preparing settlement petition and appeals & assessment of Sales Tax (Local & Central).
4. Conduct Payroll processing - division wise & Fulfillment of statutory requirements such as PF/TDS etc.
5. Conducting TDS, ROC & Annual Income Tax Return, Executing PF, ESI & Bonus & conducting inspection of PF, ESI & Bonus.
6. Well versed in Goods & Service Tax (GST) System.
7. Knowledge of UAE Sales Tax (TVA) & Benin & Madagascar Sales Tax (TVA).


Excise / Commercial Operation

1. Handling claims, assessment and liaison with excise department.
2. Daily supervision of excise records, routine correspondence with excise department and filling returns.
3. Liaison with excise consultant, filing appeals, reply of show cause notice.
4. Ensuring compliance to the Govt. rules and regulations as lay down by statutory authorities.
5. Liaisoning / Interfacing with the concerned authorities for annual & Quarterly returns filing.
6. Compliance with the requirement of indirect taxation (States & Central).
