As the CFM in a newly created finance and analysis department my role is varied and provides exposure to Bitfury's C-suite staff along with being responsible for one direct report. Though only in the position for a relatively short period I have delivered on a number of projects and provided insight and analysis that has formed the basis of key decisions making a tangible contribution during this early phase.
