Marketing Manager UK and Ireland
GRENKE LEASING Limited.
GRENKE leasing is part of the GRENKE group operating in over 30 countries. My role was created to support the 12 branches whilst adapting the GRENKE brand to the UK and Irish market and to create and implement 2 fully integrated marketing plans. GRENKE operates within the channel with manufacturers and resellers as well as direct to end business customers.
My role as the Marketing manager in the UK and Ireland included but not limited to:
• Devising and implementing marketing strategies for both countries as well as in line with the group marketing plan.
• Driving growth in both markets
• Managing both the UK and Ireland websites
• Working within country specific budgets
• Reacting to the market with new campaigns as required for key accounts
• Developing and executing acquisition campaigns
• Devising and managing the content marketing plan for the UK and Ireland
• Re-writing and designing existing collateral into fit within the markets
• Organising events, such as our 10 year anniversary celebration, the EuroPro golf tournament, business breakfast meetings, seminars and exhibitions.
• Creating the group's first social media presence and content hub.
Achievements:
• Using various marketing efforts such as events, sponsorship and relationship marketing to surpass annual sales targets within the channel by 8% ( £2M+)
• Using customer lifecycle initiatives as well as content marketing to aid overachieving the UK sales target by £4.3 M with 1206 more contracts than forecasted for 2018.
• Overall growth in the UK increased by 22.8%
• Retention and acquisition campaigns allowed an increase in reseller growth by 20% in 2018.
