Charity Event
Humanity First.
I was managing family day event for a charity called Humanity First.
The aim was to organise food and food stalls and people to manage stalls and cash.
The main responsibilities were to organise manpower for the stall catering and delivery of food from another location.
The challenge was to transport the hot food from a near by location to the food stall and keeping supply line maintained.
The charity made £10,000 from food stalls in one day so it was a great success.
