I have worked in Technical Authorship and Documentation Management roles for more than 10 years, working on the design, creation, and maintenance of content for Online and ‘non-Online’ documentation, that includes - Application Help Systems, Online FAQ Systems, User Guides, and Manuals – providing text, graphic, and diagrammatic content - using MS Word and MS Office, Robohelp, MS Expression Web, Adobe Acrobat, MS SharePoint, MS Visio, and Framemaker – working in MS Word, .HTML, and .PDF formats.

Have worked in Software Development, Network Infrastructure, and Engineering Process Management working environments, and in ‘Agile’ and ‘Live Service’ environments.

Have designed and produced content for audiences ranging from Project Managers, Software Developers, Network Administrators, - Customer Support Personnel, and End Users - to users unfamiliar with IT - which has involved the design, collection and production of content; collaboration with Subject-Matter Experts, software-development teams, project managers and administration personnel; the management of Documentation Projects; work prioritisation; the training and mentoring of others; the use of content-management software; the management of content within multiple SharePoint Sites; and the Usability testing of software user-interfaces.
