I managed an encryption migration project for over 1,000 users on behalf of a FTSE 100 client. The project involved daily communication with various stakeholders, including phone; email; Skype for Business; Microsoft Teams.
I was also responsible for carrying out the migration process, ensuring the process was efficient for both the end-user (to avoid disruption to their day-to-day business) and the client (so the project would be completed to a 12 month pre-agreed time-frame).
I completed the project in 9 months, with very positive feedback received from the FTSE 100 client in addition to many of the users that I took through the migration process.
