PROCESS
Below is an example of the process I would follow to onboard a new client who wants to start advertising online. I can provide the full-service or come at any of those stages.

Phase 1: Research
I first take the time to understand your business, the industry, and competitive environment. If you already have campaigns running I can review them or conduct an audit of your account.

Phase 2: Strategy
Once I understand your business, I tailor a strategy that includes our recommended channels, targeting, formats, and visuals. This is also when we will define KPIs that we will use to optimise your campaigns and measure their success.

Phase 3: Implementation
I first ensure that your tracking, landing page and creatives are optimal before you start spending advertising budget. We then start activating your plan and setup your campaigns.

Phase 4: Optimisation
I manage and optimise your campaigns to reach the goals that we have set up. This will involve keyword optimisation, A/B testing, bid management and retargeting.

Phase 5: Reporting
I analyse your online performance and share the results and insights with you. This allows us to identify what’s working well for you, what can be improved. We can then use the outcomes to develop your next strategies.

Phase 6: Training (Optional)
I train you and your team to take control of your activity. I show you how to use the different advertising platform and manage your campaigns effectively.
