I am an experienced management consultant and senior business analyst with professional accreditation from both the British Computer Society and the International Institute of Business Analysis. I have been working with multiple companies in both the public and private sectors and have gained over 10 years’ experience of digital and business transformation initiatives.
Recently I have been working closely with a global name in aviation and travel to help devise and plan a digital/ IT strategy for the coming 3 years.
Additionally, I have been working alongside senior business stakeholders to influence the business strategy and working with operational teams to help update their operating models and processes.

Following the successful completion of a Law degree I started my career with a world-renowned management consultancy. Having worked with them in both the UK and France I was able to build a strong knowledge of business, technology and strategy. This supported in allowing me to move into a role as an independent consultant/ contractor. Since then I have worked directly with high-profile companies within both the public and private sector.

I have specialist skills in supporting public and private sector businesses develop strategy and vision. I have vast experience of corporate level technologies, including CRM and ERP, and supporting the full project lifecycle associated with delivering them. Recently I have been working very closely with Microsoft Office solutions including Office 365, Azure and One Drive/ SharePoint. All of which has been involved with supporting companies plan and deliver their digital transformation aspirations.

I have worked directly with waterfall and agile delivery methodologies having achieved positive results with both. I am particularly experienced working with an agile methodology. I supported a previous client in delivering their CRM solution and was responsible for introducing the methodology throughout the organisations project delivery teams.

I am a confident yet approachable consultant who prides himself on developing and sustaining positive lasting relationships. I work hard to achieve a positive outcome for the people I work with and believe in being open, honest and collaborative.
