I have extensive experience in project scoping and business process mapping as well as data gathering for the purpose of solution design document creation and sprint formulation.
My experience extends to change management, improving 'buy in' for new implementations and changes as well as end user and C level training. The majority of the firms that I have worked with were in Professional services or Architecture and engineering. I do however, have significant experience working with general project based organisations.
I am passionate about getting to the root cause of productivity losses, bottlenecks and inefficiencies and then scoping out a solution that is viable and sustainable.
