I am seeking new contract or permanent employment opportunities delivering M&A integration or divestiture programs. After being employed by Hewlett Packard for 8 years in M&A IT integration program management, I spent the last 2.5 years helping Micro Focus delivering supporting the HPE Software acquisition. Whilst at Micro Focus I made contributions to the development of their in-house PMO/M&A playbooks, and in delivering acquisitions & integrations starting with HPE's OpenStack technology assets in 2016 and moving to partner with Deloitte and the Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership in managing the HPE software acquisition including Day 1 and Day 2 integration plans across 13+ workstreams during 2017-19. During my final contract period at Micro Focus I worked as MoC workstream lead driving change effectively across all functions impacted by a monthly IT release management program spanning 9 months to support the acquired HPE Software asset transformation.
