I am a sports journalist with a passion for all sports ranging from football to cricket. As well as a wealth of knowledge of American sports such as American football, basketball and ice hockey.
During my time at university I was the print production editor for the student paper meaning that I have developed a deep understanding of how to use Adobe Indesign as well as being able to design a newspaper page layout from scratch whether that be for a tabloid or a broadsheet.
Also as a writer, I have developed the ability to write a range of articles. Whether it be developing a story from a press conference in a sporting sense. Or the development of a range of features including profiles and longer form issue features.
Furthermore I have developed the ability to cultivate a story in many different ways, whether that be through interviewing a wide range of people to add a great human element to a story. As well as being able to interpret data and information from journals and studies from academics and question them in a way that makes for interesting and easy reading.
