From 21 May 2007 until 18th September 2011, worked for Prudential UK Insurance Process (Semi Voice) (Mumbai – Vikroli Branch) (Job Profile: Answering customer queries relating to their insurance policies. Giving Quotes and setting up Claims. Auditing cases, training new joiners and updating training modules of quotes and claims.)

And From 19th September 2011 until 23 July 2015 worked for AXA UK Insurance Process (Back-office). Apart from processing, training and auditing, I also did work allocation for this process.
