Our extremely fast growth and a highly competitive and generally difficult marketplace ensured a great deal of learning and experience. On top of the challenges of managing a high growth business with all the cash, fundraising, capacity and human issues we also moved factories twice! We grew the business from zero to £24m at retail when we successfully exited in 2012.
