I am currently an independent programme manager within the UK Government sector. My primary role is as a senior programme manager, responsible for the delivery of a number of large scale, high profile projects across multiple sites and disciplines. I am also responsible for strategy development and the alignment of 3-5 year plans. I am leading a number of project teams to deliver new technology and transformational change across the organisation, and am responsible for benefits delivery and achieving measurable change.
I am seen as a leader who can develop plans for change that gain commitment and 'make the change happen'. I lead a multidisciplined team to deliver projects across the whole lifecycle, working closely with Operational and Business leaders to ensure that our programmes deliver real and lasting change to the organisation. Many of the current projects I am leading are across different locations and technology landscapes which require careful management, but also require the drive and determination to succeed in these challenging environments.
