• To be instrumental in the process of migrating reporting from the current system (Discoverer Reporting) to the University’s new tool – Power BI.
• To ensure that the overall approach to the delivery of HR reporting is consistent and comprehensive.
• To support the management and provision of all aspects of staff data reporting, in particular, complex and strategic reporting.
• To support the work of the HR Systems Reporting Team to consolidate and rationalise HR Data reporting through effective use of the Power BI tool.
