I have a background working in a variety of creative, digital roles, with a focus on User Experience Design for the last 4 years. I have enjoyed working both client and agency side at companies including Harrods, Tesco and most recently Thomas Cook Airlines.
My passion is people.
I make time to get to know my team, their expertise, experience and how we can learn and work together. Understanding and meeting end users is at the centre of every project. I love a good old chinwag and discovering how they use the products I'm involved with.
I learn by doing, so I like to be hands-on throughout the full end-to-end UX process, making sure I communicate my research findings and design rationale at each iteration.
Ultimately, I want to create easy, enjoyable experiences for everyone.
