Kelvin started his career in the Apple Premium Re-seller network based in Sydney, with focus on B2B & Education IT solutions, Sales and account management, and then quickly progressed through the ranks of innovation and leadership roles in the customer experience improvement, field marketing and research industry. He is a strategic, multidisciplinary Program Director and IT specialist, focused on achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand continuous improvement.



He has strong experience in successful implementation of data analysis for the use of business triage, creating a leadership decision making system that provides a framework for taking the right action, outcome goal prioritization, and resource allocation in business environments.



Kelvin has successfully delivered numerous bespoke, national scale face to face sales and marketing campaigns across ANZ and SEA for Global brands such as American Express. From the development stage & survey design, to team training and leadership, to implementation and final execution. Programs with multiple professional representatives on the ground, collecting key data in numerous industries & markets; the analyzing and visualizing these complex data sets and producing insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations for his clients.



A New Zealand and Australian Dual citizen, originally from South Africa, Kelvin has lived and worked in various countries around Asia Pacific, and the world. He has resided in Thailand for the past two years, leading teams in several countries around Asia in his previous role as the Program Director for SEA at Market Pulse International. Currently relocated to London for his next challenge.
